3-甲基-4-氨基-N-乙基-N-(2-羟基乙基)-苯胺合成工艺

Synthesis of 3-Methyl-4-Amino-N-Ethyl-N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-Aniline

摘要 本文合成了3-甲基-4氨基-N-乙基-N-(2-羟基乙基)-苯胺硫酸盐(CD-4)显影剂,并对其合成工艺进行了研究。结果表明,Pt/C作为催化剂、甲醇作为加氢溶剂、温度60℃、压力0.8~1.5 MPa为最佳工艺条件。在该条件下,加氢转化率达100%。硫酸中和度105%时,粗品收率为76%。使用活性炭1%用量,水(33%)/乙醇(67%)作为重结晶溶剂进行产品精制可制得合格的目标产品。 A developing agent,3-Methyl-4-amino-N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-aniline sulfate(CD-4),was synthesized;its synthesis process was studied.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were Pt/C as catalyst,methanol as solvent,temperature 60℃,pressure 0.8~1.5 MPa.In the conditions,the conversion rate of hydrogenation was 100%.When the neutralization degree of sulfuric acid was 105%,the yield of crude product was 76%.Using 1% of activated carbon,water(33%)/ethanol(67%)as recrystallization solvent to refine the product,the target product with qualified color could be prepared.
