新质生产力背景下高校创新型人才培养的困境与优化路径探赜

An Exploration of the Dilemma and Optimization Path of Training Innovative Talents in Colleges and Universities under the Background of New Quality Productivity

创新是新质生产力的核心要素,人才是新质生产力的支点。推动新质生产力发展,必须加强创新型人才培养,以人力资本跃升为发展关键。高校是创新型人才培养的主渠道,新质生产力发展对高校创新型人才培养提出了新要求。当前,我国高校的创新型人才培养面临着诸多困境,对新质生产力发展造成了一定制约。创新型人才培养是一个系统工程,为推动新质生产力快速发展,我国高校应创新教育内容,完善创新型人才培养课程体系;创新教学方法,提升人才培养的效果和质量;创新体制机制,构建有利于人才培养的开放创新生态,从而打通教育链、创新链、人才链与产业链的深度融合,为新质生产力发展提供充足的创新型人才基础。

Innovation is the core factor of new quality productivity,and talent is the fulcrum of new quality productivi-ty.To promote the development of new quality productive forces,we must strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents and take human capital as the key to development.Colleges and universities are the main channels for the cultivation of in-novative talents.The development of new quality productivity puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of innova-tive talents in colleges and universities.At present,the training of innovative talents in Chinese universities faces many diffi-culties,which restricts the development of new quality productive forces.The training of innovative talents is a system engi-neering.In order to promote the rapid development of new quality productive forces,the colleges and universities in China should innovate the educational content and improve the curriculum system of innovative talents training.Innovative teaching methods to improve the effect and quality of talent training;To innovate the system and mechanism,build an open innovation ecology conducive to talent training,so as to open up the deep integration of the education chain,innova-tion chain,talent chain and industrial chain,and provide sufficient innovative talent foundation for the development of new quality productivity.
