摘要
作为开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,辅导员在高校中扮演着重要而特殊的角色。当前,辅导员承受着来自学生管理、职业成长、绩效考核和社会期待等多方面的压力。究其原因,大学管理行政化忽略了情感需求、关键绩效指标考核忽略了情感维度、教育治理忽视了中国传统、大学教育功利化异化了师生间的情感关系、辅导员自身共情能力还有提升空间。基于此,高校辅导员的情感治理应从提升辅导员的共情能力、重视辅导员的情感需求、与技术治理相融通、打造情感治理空间等方面着手,提高辅导员的认同感、满意度和获得感。
As the backbone of ideological and political education,counselors play an important and special role in colleges and universities.At present,counselors are under big pressure from many aspects,such as student management,career growth,performance appraisal and social expectations.The reasons are as follows:bureaucratic university management neglects counselors'emotional needs,key performance index assessment neglects emotional dimensions,educational governance neglects Chinese tradition,utilitarianism of university education alienates the emotional relationship between teachers and students,and there is still room for improvement in the empathy ability of counselors.Based on this,emotional governance of college counselors should focus on improving their empathy ability,attaching importance to their emotional needs,integrating with technical governance,and creating emotional governance space,so as to improve their identity,satisfaction and sense of gain.
