摘要
茶叶作为全球广泛消费的饮料,在全球食品安全意识不断提升的背景下,其农药残留问题引起了人们的高度关注,各国政府和相关机构都在不断加强对农药残留的监管和检测,而对茶叶中农药残留进行检测是确保茶叶安全性的有效手段。文章概述了茶园中常用农药的应用情况,介绍了固相萃取技术和QuEChERS这2种在茶叶农残检测中常用的前处理技术,综述了气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法、气相色谱-串联质谱联用法和液相色谱-串联质谱联用法等常规方法在茶叶农药残留检测中的应用。阐述了这些方法的工作原理、技术特点以及应用现状,并对其发展前景进行展望,旨在为今后茶叶中农药残留分析研究提供参考。
As a globally popular beverage,tea has attracted significant attention regarding pesticide residue issues,especially in the context of the growing global food safety awareness.Governments and related agencies around the world are continuously strengthening the supervision and detection of pesticide residues.The detection technology for pesticide residues in tea is an effective tool to ensure the safety of tea.This article outlined the common pesticides in tea plantations,introduced solid-phase extraction and QuEChERS,two common pretreatment techniques in tea pesticide residue analysis,and reviewed the application of routine methods such as gas chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues in tea.It elaborated on the working principles,technical characteristics,and current applications of these methods,and provided a perspective on their future development,with the aim of providing references for future research on pesticide residue analysis in tea.
