摘要
以生成式人工智能为代表的新一代人工智能教育应用不断涌现,为教育数字化转型带来无限可能。借鉴风险社会理论思考生成式人工智能教育应用,生成式人工智能教育应用悖论将是教育领域长期存在的现象,诱发伦理风险、教育失范风险、“社会-物理-信息”空间交互异化风险、个体人格情感异化风险等。相关风险可划分为直接风险、早期风险、中期风险、长期风险四个阶段,反映创新与传统、效率与质量、技术与道德、公平与不平等、教师与人工智能等矛盾。生成式人工智能教育应用悖论的风险侧治理是一个复杂的系统性问题,应结合柔性治理理念构建风险治理综合防控体系,构建生成式人工智能教育应用风险预防体系标准,强化教育全场景数据监管体系建设与数据池监管,构建生成式人工智能教育应用悖论风险侧预警系统,形成多元主体参与治理的协同联动机制,引导利益主体正确看待教育公益与市场行为。
The new generation of AI educational applications represented by generative AI continues to emerge,bringing infinite possibilities for the digital transformation of education.Drawing on the social theory of risk to consider the educational application of generative AI,the paradox of generative AI educational application will be a long-lasting phenomenon in the field of education,resulting in ethical risk,educational misconduct risk,“social-physical-informational”spatial interaction alienation risk,and the risk of alienation of the individual’s personality and emotion,etc.The related risks can be divided into four stages:direct risk,early risk,medium-term risk,and long-term risk,reflecting the contradictions between innovation and tradition,efficiency and quality,technology and morality,fairness and inequality,and teachers and artificial intelligence.The risk side governance of generative AI education application paradox is a complex systemic problem,which should be combined with the flexible governance concept to build a comprehensive prevention and control system for risk governance,construct the risk prevention system standard for generative AI education application,strengthen the construction of the data supervision system of the whole scene of education and the supervision of the data pool,construct the risk side early warning system for generative AI education application paradox,and form the synergy and linkage mechanism for the participation of multiple subjects in the governance.It has also formed a synergistic mechanism for the participation of multiple subjects in governance,and guided the subject of interest to correctly view the public welfare of education and market behavior.
