This paper reviews the connotation and background on the investment management audit of safety and environmental protection.With the example of particular large oil and petrochemical enterprises,it analyzes the current circumstances of the investment management in terms of safety and environmental protection,expounds the necessity and scientific basis for conducting special audits,summarizes the main existing risks and manifestations of problem,and proposes suggestions for strengthening the investment management on safety and environmental protection,and aims to provide beneficial references for consolidating the foundation of safety and environmental protection and promoting high-quality development.
