摘要
长期以来行业对于高Al_(2)O_(3)烧结矿性能的研究停留在中低温阶段,而对最为关键的高温性能研究较少,使得高铝资源的使用受到严重限制,低铝资源逐年减少以及部分品种消失严重影响了行业发展的资源供给。通过对高Al_(2)O_(3)烧结矿性能的系统研究,在平衡各项性能指标对高炉实际影响的基础上,重点突出改善烧结矿高温软熔滴落性能,解决了高Al_(2)O_(3)烧结矿使用的行业技术难题,并在实际生产中取得了较好的使用效果。依据性能互补、结构优化、参数合理控制等技术措施,克服了高铝资源烧结的性能缺陷,在拓宽资源保障供给的同时,增大了铁水降本的空间。
For a long time,the research on the performance of high Al_(2)O_(3) sintered ore in the industry has remained at the medium and low temperature stage,while there is relatively little research on the most critical high-temperature performance,which seriously limits the use of high aluminum resources.Faced with the decreasing low aluminum resources and the disappearance of some varieties,it seriously threatens the resource guarantee for industry development.Through systematic research on the performance of high Al_(2)O_(3) sintered ore,and on the basis of balancing the impact of various performance indicators on the actual blast furnace,the focus is on improving the high-temperature soft melt dripping performance of sintered ore,solving the industry technical difficulties in the use of high Al_(2)O_(3) sintered ore,and achieving good results in actual production.Based on technical measures such as complementary performance,structural optimization,and reasonable parameter control,the performance defects of high aluminum resource sintering have been overcome.While expanding resource guarantee supply,the space for cost reduction of molten iron has also been increased.
