基于继电保护回路的变电运行系统设计研究

摘要 针对智能变电站对继电保护高速高可靠的需求,提出一种基于继电保护回路的变电运行系统设计方案。该方案充分利用数字化、光纤通信等智能变电站技术,实现故障快速诊断与隔离,保护动作时间小于20 ms,且各项指标稳定可靠。仿真试验结果证实,所提方案具有可行性和有效性,对指导智能变电站的继电保护实践具有重要价值。 Aiming at the requirement of high speed and high reliability of relay protection in smart substation,a design scheme of substation operation system based on relay protection loop is proposed.The scheme makes full use of intelligent substation technologies such as digitalization and optical fiber communication to realize rapid fault diagnosis and isolation,and the protection action time is less than 20 ms,and all indicators are stable and reliable.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is feasible and effective,which is of great value to guide the relay protection practice of smart substations.
