摘要 The brain, the most vital and intricate organ in the human body, governs neural activities.Homeostasis within the brain is protected by the blood–brain barrier(BBB),a unique and highly regulated semi-permeable membrane[1].Due to the BBB obstruction, traditional drug delivery methods, such as oral administration or intravenous injection, often fail to efficiently deliver drugs to the brain[2].
