甘露山文创城冰雪综合体冷区巨型钢管混凝土柱施工技术

摘要 甘露山文创城冰雪综合体冷区钢屋盖面积、高度、纵横向尺寸均较大,下方为大空间无障碍滑雪区,其竖向支承结构的设计和施工尤为重要。通过不同方案比选,提出合理的通高框架柱方案,并利用IDEA StatiCa有限元软件进行复核计算,确定钢管混凝土柱参数和构造。对与混凝土梁相连的环梁节点、与钢屋盖相连的上下弦杆节点、与基础相连的柱脚节点等进行深化设计,解决了复杂节点构造问题,形成了一套完善的巨型钢管混凝土柱施工技术,其在实际工程中的应用效果良好。 The area,height,vertical and horizontal dimensions of the steel roof in the cold-zone for Icesnow Complex in Ganlu Mountain Literary and Creation City are large,and the lower part is a large space barrier-free ski area,the design and construction of its vertical support structure are particularly important.Through the comparison and selection of different schemes,a reasonable scheme of elevated frame column is put forward,and the parameters and structure of concrete filled steel tubular column are determined by IDEA StatiCa finite element software.The ring beam joints connected to the concrete beam,the upper and lower chord joints connected to the steel roof,and the column foot joints connected to the foundation are detailed designed to solve the problem of complex joint structure,and a set of perfect construction technology of giant concrete filled steel tubular columns is formed,which has a good application effect in practical engineering.
