摘要
动臂塔式起重机在超高层建筑施工中起着举足轻重的作用,如何在施工过程中确保其安全,成为沿海地区超高层建筑施工的难点。以沿海地区某超高层建筑施工为背景,建立动臂塔式起重机有限元模型,模拟分析在不同风荷载作用下塔式起重机应力、变形等;分析塔式起重机支座反力对主体结构的影响。分析结构表明,在较高风荷载作用下,起重臂和标准节应力及位移虽然均在安全范围内,但仍需采取技术措施确保其安全;在最大风荷载作用下,支座反力对主体结构的影响较小,满足设计要求。
Boom tower crane plays an important role in the construction of super high-rise buildings.How to ensure its safety in the construction process becomes a difficult point in the construction of super highrise buildings in coastal areas.Taking the construction of a super high-rise building in coastal areas as the background,the finite element model of the boom tower crane is established,and the stress and deformation of the tower crane under different wind loads are simulated and analyzed.The influence of the bearing reaction force of the tower crane on the main structure is analyzed.The analysis of the structure shows that although the stress and displacement of the boom and the standard joint are within the safe range under high wind load,technical measures are still needed to ensure safety.Under the maximum wind load,the bearing reaction force has little effect on the main structure and meets the design requirements.
