摘要
核电工程核岛及周边厂房土建工程主体结构在施工过程中,混凝土墙体、柱普遍高大且密集,其模板支设质量直接影响混凝土浇筑质量。采用核电工程受限空间高大模板垂直度检测技术,即通过在施工区域布设专项测量控制网,在控制点上架设全站仪,在模板上口安装可伸缩菱形网构件固定十字反射片,模板下口安装模板限位装置,利用全站仪测设反射片坐标,对比模板上、下口坐标差值,根据差值判断模板垂直度。实践表明,该技术降低了施工风险,节约了成本,缩短了工期,提高了施工效率和安全性。
In the construction process of the civil engineering main structure for the nuclear island and the surrounding plant in the nuclear power project,the concrete walls and columns are generally tall and dense,and the quality of the formwork support will directly affect the quality of concrete pouring.The verticality detection technology of high and large formwork in limited space of nuclear power project is adopted.By setting up a special measurement control network in the construction area,a total station is set up on the control network.The retractable diamond mesh component is installed at the upper port of the formwork to fix the cross reflector.The formwork limit device is installed at the lower port of the formwork.The coordinates of the reflector are measured by the total station.The difference between the coordinates of the upper and lower ports of the formwork is compared,and the verticality of the formwork is judged according to the difference.The practice shows that the technology reduces the construction risk,saves the cost,shortens the construction period,and improves the construction efficiency and safety.
