生物支架材料在治疗椎间盘退行性变中应用的临床前研究进展

摘要 椎间盘退行性变(intervertebral disc degeneration,IVDD)与40%~50%的腰痛有关,是导致中老年人腰痛的主要原因[1]。其治疗方法包括保守治疗和手术治疗。保守治疗主要包括卧床休息、应用非甾体类抗炎药物及康复锻炼等,虽然可以在一定程度上缓解部分患者的疼痛症状,但无法阻止IVDD的发展,且病情易反复[2]。当保守治疗的效果不显著时,患者通常会选择手术治疗。手术治疗包括椎间盘切除、椎管减压、椎体融合以及椎间盘置换术等[3],虽能立即缓解患者大部分的症状,但存在不同程度的脊柱力学性能改变、活动度下降和邻近节段退变等风险[4]。因此,寻找一种疗效佳且风险小的方法成为治疗IVDD的研究热点。
