数字化时代,信息技术升级迭代加速,大数据、云计算、物联网等下沉应用,掀起了现代企业财务管理改革的新浪潮。财务共享服务的应用升级,已经成为企业财务管理改革的新方向,在深化业财融合、释放内部治理效能方面发挥了重要作用。基于此,文章以A集团为研究案例,结合财务共享中心建设的背景,分析了集团财务共享中心建设经验及其效果,提出了财务共享服务中心建设推进数字化转型策略。

In the digital era,the acceleration of the iteration of information technology upgrading and the sinking application of big data,cloud computing and the Internet of Things have set off a new wave of financial management reform in modern enterprises.The application upgrade of financial sharing service has become a new direction of enterprise financial management reform,and has played an important role in deepening the integration of industry and finance and releasing the efficiency of internal governance.Based on this,the paper takes Group A as a case study,and combined with the background of the construction of financial sharing service center,analyzes the construction experience and effects of the group's financial sharing service center,and puts forward the strategy for promoting digital transformation in the construction of financial sharing service center.
