以职业教育高质量发展赋能新质生产力形成

Empowering the Formation of New-quality Productivity with the High-quality Development of Vocational Education

摘要 新质生产力是习近平总书记结合当前破局之现实需要和未来发展之优势塑造,提出对传统生产力系统进行整体升级与跃迁的新思路。职业教育在科技创新、高素质技术技能人才培养等方面发挥重要作用。职业教育与新质生产力之间存在着双向赋能的逻辑关系。当前,职业教育在赋能新质生产力形成和发展中面临着吸引力不足、育人观念滞后、适应性不强、人才培养缺乏工匠精神、产教融合不深入等困境。鉴于此,职业教育应当转变教育理念,树立“大职教观”;优化专业结构,增强职业教育适应性;推进“三教”改革,提升人才培养质量;培养工匠精神,强化品质教育;深化产教融合,推动职业教育高质量发展。 New-quality productivity is a new idea proposed by General Secretary Xi JinPing to upgrade and transition the traditional productivity system in combination with the realistic needs of the current situation and the advantages of future development.Vocational education plays an important role in scientific and technological innovation and the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.There is a two-way empowering logical relationship between vocational education and new-quality productivity.However,vocational education is faced with difficulties such as in sufficient attraction,lagging concept of education,weak adaptability,lack of craftsman spirit in talents training,and lack of deep integration of industry and education in the formation and development of new-quality productivity.In view of this,vocational education should change its educational concept and establish a“big vocational education concept”;optimize the professional structure and enhance the adaptability of vocational education;promote the"three-teaching"reform,and improve the quality of talents training;cultivate the craftsman spirit and strengthen the quality education,deepen the integration of industry and education and promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
