河北省职业教育“2+2+2”贯通培养创新模式研究

摘要 贯通培养是我国现代职业教育体系建设的重要组成部分,是中职学校、高职院校,甚至本科院校联合实施分阶段、针对性教育的长学制人才培养模式。2023年,河北省在全国首次推出“2+2+2”贯通培养模式,确立了面向市域县域经济骨干企业定位的培养目标和“为企业培养,在企业成长”的培养理念,具有长学制、联合性和本地性的基本特征。该模式既是深化职业教育供给侧结构性改革的需要,也是推进中职、企业、高职协同育人的需要,更是满足学生高质量就业和学历提升的需要。为推动河北省职业教育“2+2+2”贯通培养项目健康有序开展,中职、企业、高职应联合做活招生宣传工作、做好专业衔接工作、做细课程衔接工作、做强师资队伍建设、做实监督管理工作。 Run-through cultivation is an important part of the construction of modern vocational education system in China.It is a long-term talents training mode in which secondary vocational schools,higher vocational colleges and even undergraduate colleges jointly implement phased and targeted education.In 2023,Hebei Province has launched the"2+2+2"run-through cultivation mode for the first time in the country,and established the training objectives for the positioning of key enterprises in the county economy and the training concept of"training for enterprises and growing in enterprises".It has the basic characteristics of long school system,union and locality.This model is not only the need to deepen the structural reform of the supply side of vocational education,but also the need to promote the collaborative education of secondary vocational schools,enterprises and higher vocational colleges.It is also to meet the needs of students for high-quality employment and education promotion.In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of the"2+2+2"run-through cultivation project of vocational education in Hebei province,secondary vocational schools,enterprises and higher vocational colleges should jointly do active enrollment publicity work,do a good job in professional connection,do a fine job in curriculum connection,strengthen teacher team building,and do a solid supervision and management work.
