摘要
研究了金樱子果实中三萜成分以及抗阿尔茨海默病(AD)的活性。以神经细胞保护活性指导分离,利用硅胶、ODS及反相HPLC等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并利用核磁共振波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果表明:分离的8个三萜类化合物对AChE靶蛋白有高度亲和力,并得到直接靶酶实验验证,其抑制率接近阳性药,表明金樱子三萜类成分具有抗AD活性。
The triterpenoids in Rosa laevigata Michx.fruit and their anti-Alzheimer's disease(AD)activities were studied.The neuroprotective was used to guide the isolation.The separation and purification were carried out by silica gel,ODS and reversed-phase HPLC,and the structures were identified by NMR spectroscopy.Eight triterpenoids had high affinity for AChE target proteins,and the inhibition rate was close to that of positive drugs.These results indicated that the triterpenoids had anti-AD activity.
