荧光指示剂法测定烃类组成的不确定度评估

摘要 分析了液体石油产品烃组成的测定过程,对影响检测结果的不确定性因素进行评估。通过计算重复性、各区域长度、含氧化合物等不确定因素,评定了液体石油产品烃类组成测定结果的合成不确定度。实验结果表明,烃类组成测定不确定度主要影响因素为重复性,其次是区域长度的测定。如果油品中存在含氧化合物时需要评估含氧化物和密度测定方法引入的不确定度。通过对该方法不确定度进行评估,有利于提高检测结果可靠性。 The determination process of hydrocarbon composition in liquid petroleum products was analyzed,the uncertainty factors affecting the detection results were evaluated.By calculating the uncertainty factors such as repeatability,lengths of different regions,the presence of oxygen compounds,the synthetic uncertainty of hydrocarbon composition determination results in liquid petroleum products was assessed.Experimental results indicated that the primary influencing factor on the uncertainty of hydrocarbon composition determination was repeatability,followed by the determination of region lengths.When oxygen compounds were present in the oil,it was necessary to evaluate the uncertainty introduced by the determination of oxygen compounds and density measurement methods.Evaluating the uncertainty of this method is conducive to improving the reliability of detection results.
