头部循经刮痧治疗高血压病人头痛的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of head meridian scraping in headache in hypertensive patients

目的:探讨头部循经刮痧治疗高血压病人头痛的疗效观察。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月在医院就诊的60例高血压头痛病人,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组予以常规治疗及护理,试验组在对照组基础上予以头部循经刮痧治疗,观察两组病人间血压水平、疼痛情况以及满意度和依从性的差异。结果:治疗后,试验组病人的头痛评分、发作的频次及疼痛持续的时间、静息状态下的血压、治疗的满意度和医治的依从性都明显优于对照组,说明差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头部循经刮痧治疗高血压头痛疗效明显,既能减轻头痛症状又能降低复发概率,从而能够消除病人不良情绪,改善病人的就医体验,提高病人的满意度和治疗的依从性。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of head meridian scraping for hypertensive patients with headdache.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hypertension headaches who visited the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method.The patients in control group received conventional treatment and nursing,and the patients in experimental group received head meridian scraping based on the treatment in control group.The differences in blood pressure levels,pain conditions,satisfaction,and compliance between the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the headache score,frequency of attacks and duration of pain,blood pressure at rest,satisfaction with treatment,and compliance of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The curative effct of head meridian scraping is significant for hypertension headaches.It not only can relieve headache symptoms and but also reduce the probability of recurrence,thereby eliminating patients′negative emotions,improving their medical experience,and increasing their satisfaction and treatment compliance.
