摘要
学校思政教育的供给与社会需求、个人需求之间一直存在着矛盾。主要体现在供需主体不协调、供需内容不匹配、供需环境不和谐等方面,化解与调和学校思政教育的供需失衡问题,对落实立德树人根本任务有着长远的意义。通过创新供给理念、充实供给内容、丰富供给方式、优化供给环境、完善供给保障等措施,将学校思政教育供需失衡问题复归,不断推动学校思政教育工作,增强学生在思政课中的获得感和幸福感。
There has always been a contradiction between the supply of school ideological and political education and social and personal needs,mainly reflected in the disharmony of supply and demand entities,mismatch of supply and demand content,and disharmony of supply and demand environment.Resolving and reconciling the imbalance between supply and demand in school ideological and political education has long-term significance for implementing the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating talents.In the new era,measures such as innovating supply concepts,enriching supply content,enriching supply methods,optimizing supply environment,and improving supply guarantee are taken to address the imbalance between supply and demand in school ideological and political education,continuously promote school ideological and political education work,and enhance students sense of gain and happiness in ideological and political courses.
