新文科背景下应用型本科院校金融人才培养模式创新研究

Research on Innovation of Financial Talents Training Mode in Application-Oriented Universities under Background of New Liberal Arts

新文科是融入现代信息技术,推进多学科交叉融合,升级文科专业教育,实现文科专业人才培养模式改革创新的跨学科学习。随着用人需求与高校人才供给之间的矛盾加剧,对金融专业应用型人才培养提出了新要求,培养模式亟待改革创新。基于此,在新文科背景下,结合地方应用型本科院校,探讨金融专业人才培养的现状及问题,提出新文科背景下应用型本科金融人才培养模式改革的创新思路与具体措施。

New liberal arts is an interdisciplinary learning that integrates modern information technology,promotes interdisciplinary integration,upgrades liberal arts education,and realizes the reform and innovation of personnel training models in liberal arts majors.With the increasing contradiction between the demand for personnel and the supply of talents in colleges and universities,new requirements are put forward for the cultivation of applied talents of financial specialty.Based on this,under the background of the new liberal arts,combining with the local application-oriented universities,this paper probes into the present situation and problems of the cultivation of financial professionals,and puts forward the innovative ideas and concrete measures of the reform of the financial talents training mode of applied undergraduate under the background of new liberal arts.
