产业需求导向背景下地方应用型本科院校专业建设探索与实践——以黑龙江工程学院复合材料与工程专业为例

Exploration and Practice of Professional Construction in Local Applied Undergraduate Colleges under Background of Industrial Demand Orientation—Taking Composite Materials and Engineering Major of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology as an Example

新材料产业是我国的战略性新兴产业,以产业需求为导向探索高校相关专业的建设对行业发展具有重要意义。以黑龙江工程学院复合材料与工程专业为例,围绕人才培养方案、课程体系与教学内容、教师团队、教学模式、教学保障体系等方面对专业建设方案进行分析。实践表明,在专业建设方案指导下,课程教学运行良好,学生的创新能力和实践技能大幅提升,师资队伍结构更加合理、教学科研能力持续提升。

New materials industry is a strategic emerging industry in China.Exploring the construction of related majors in universities based on industry demand is of great significance to the development of the industry.This paper takes the major of composite materials and engineering of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology as an example and conducts a detailed analysis of the major construction plan in terms of talent training programs,curriculum system and teaching content,teacher team,teaching mode,and teaching guarantee system.Practice shows that the course teaching runs well under the guidance of the major construction plan.Also,the innovation ability and practical skills of students have been greatly improved;the structure of the faculty team becomes more reasonable,and the teaching and research capabilities continue to improve.
