摘要
基于CIPP模式的高职劳动教育评价体系适合工业4.0革命背景下产业转型升级对劳动者的诉求。基于CIPP模式的高职劳动教育评价架构包括背景评价、输入评价、过程评价、结果评价四个阶段,通过制定坚持服务产业转型升级的动力机制、融入数字信息的技术机制、形成劳动教育实施的动态调整机制,评价体系得以有效运行。在劳动教育实践过程中,高职院校要通过组建一支具有高劳动素质的师资队伍、打造校企合作的劳动实践基地、配备数字基础设施、建设科学化的多元主体评价体系等策略,推动劳动教育教学高质量发展。
The evaluation system for vocational labor education based on the CIPP model is suitable for the demands of workers in the context of industrial transformation and upgrading under the Industry 4.0 revolution.The evaluation framework of vocational labor education in this model includes four stages:background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and result evaluation.It is necessary to establish a driving mechanism for adhering to the transformation and upgrading of the service industry,a technical mechanism for integrating digital information,and a dynamic adjustment mechanism for the implementation of labor education to ensure the effective operation of the evaluation system.In the process of labor education practice,vocational colleges should promote the high-quality development of labor education teaching by establishing a team of teachers with high labor quality,creating a labor practice base for school enterprise cooperation,equipping digital infrastructure,and building a scientific and diversified subject evaluation system.
