摘要
五育并举、融合育人是我国教育发展的重要目标。这一目标为构建高质量课后服务提供了重要契机,同时也明确了课后服务构建的基本准则、目标追求与实践支点。五育融合视域下课后服务建设的现实困境有:认知偏差、资源不足、师资匮乏、缺乏评价。由此提出课后服务建设的基本结构,包括制定目标、设计内容、确定方式、完善评价、培养师资、加强管理。优化路径包括:加强宣传,正确认知;学科融合,促进育德;凝聚多方,协同育人;因地制宜,打造特色。
The simultaneous development of the five educations and the integration of education are important goals for the development of education in China.This goal provides an important opportunity for building high-quality after-school services,while also clarifying the basic principles,goal pursuit,and practical support points for after-school service construction.The practical difficulties in the construction of after-school services from the perspective of the integration of the five educations include cognitive bias,insufficient resources,shortage of teaching staff,and lack of evaluation.The basic structure of after-school service construction is proposed,including setting goals,designing content,determining methods,improving evaluation,cultivating teachers,and strengthening management.The optimization path includes strengthening publicity and correct understanding;Integration of disciplines to promote moral education;Consolidating multiple parties to collaborate in educating people;Tailoring to local conditions and creating unique features.
