摘要
基于幼儿园课程改革的不断深化,游戏后分享交流越来越成为幼儿园课程实施的重要环节。教师组织游戏后分享交流能力的提升,对于助推幼儿多元发展与能力提升至关重要。立足幼儿园实践研究,从梳理教师实践初期游戏分享“之困”开始,逐步构建教师分享交流支架,助推由“分享交流”生成课程,并回归儿童本位的分享交流视角,从而梳理提升幼儿教师游戏后分享交流能力的可行性经验。
Based on the continuous deepening of preschool curriculum reform,post-game sharing and communication has become an important link in the implementation of preschool curriculum.The improvement of teachers'ability of sharing and communication after organizing games is crucial for promoting the diverse development and ability enhancement of children.This paper starts from the difficulties faced by teachers in the initial practice of game sharing and gradually builds a support system for sharing and communication.It thus helps generate curriculum from“sharing and communication”and returns to a child-centered perspective of sharing and communication.This paper summarizes the feasible experience of enhancing the sharing and communication ability of preschool teachers through practice-based research.
