摘要
文章综述了铝合金搅拌摩擦焊技术最新的研究进展,从焊接模拟研究、焊接参数对焊缝组织及性能的影响和铝合金搅拌摩擦焊性能研究三个角度,梳理了近年来国内外最新的研究成果;最后指出异种铝合金的搅拌摩擦焊是下一步研究的重点和方向。
In this paper,the latest research progress of friction stir welding of aluminum alloy is summarized.This paper reviews the latest research results at home and abroad in recent years from three aspects:welding simulation research,the influence of welding parameters on weld microstructure and properties and the research on friction stir welding properties of aluminum alloy.Finally,it is pointed out that friction stir welding of dissimilar aluminum alloys is the focus and direction of the next research.
