摘要
通过对典型5xxx系铝合金板材焊接后力学性能、显微硬度、金相显微组织和SEM进行分析,明确了不同5xxx系合金焊接系数以及焊接对性能组织的影响,为5xxx系铝合金板材在车厢蒙皮板的应用提供了支撑。
In this paper,the mechanical properties,microhardness,microstructure and SEM of typical 5xxx series aluminum alloy sheet after welding are analyzed,and the welding coefficients of different 5xxx series alloys and the effects of welding on the properties and microsturcture are clarified,which provided support for the application of 5xxx series aluminum alloy sheet in the compartment leather plate.
