摘要
文章介绍了铝行业熔炼炉全氧燃烧技术及其在铝熔炼行业的创新性应用,通过设备及工艺参数的设计,对天然气吨耗、燃烧效率、铝液烧损、烟气排放等方面做管控,提高上述各项指标,从而证明全氧燃烧技术是可以应用于铝行业,并达到全方位提高铝熔炼炉燃烧效率及优化成本的效果。
This paper introduces the application of oxygen-fuel combustion technology in aluminum smelting furnace.The innovation application of this technology in the aluminum smelting industry,as well as the design and improvement of equipment and process parameters,and the control of tons of natural gas consumption,combustion efficiency,burning loss of liquid aluminum,flue gas emissions,etc.,can improve the above indicators.Therefore,it is proved that the oxygen-fuel combustion technology can be applied to the aluminum industry and achieve the effect of improving the combustion efficiency and optimizing the cost of aluminum melting furnace.
