摘要
利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS),针对Cu-Fe-P系引线框架带坯存在的表面蓝斑缺陷问题,研究了Cu-Fe-P系引线框架带坯表面蓝斑缺陷形成机理,并进行了试验验证。结果表明,蓝斑缺陷产生的主要原因是残留在凹坑内的酸液与CuO反应,生成蓝色的CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O所致。通过优化熔炼铸造过程、原材料添加工艺、改造部分设备结构等关键控制点,找到了解决Cu-Fe-P系引线框架带坯表面蓝斑问题的方法。
In this paper,aiming at the surface blue spot defect of Cu-Fe-P tie wire frame strip,the formation mechanism of blue spot defect on the surface of Cu-Fe-P lead frame strip is studied by means of OM,SEM and EDS,and verified by experiments.The results show that the main reason for the defects of blue spot is the reaction of the acid in the pits with CuO to produce blue CuSO_(4)·5H_(2)O.The method to solve the blue spot problem on the surface of Cu-Fe-P frame strip is found by optimizing the smelting casting process,adding the raw material and reforming the structure of some equipment.
