摘要
文章以常见的硫酸作为基础电解液,通过向其中添加草酸、硼酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸来调配,成功制备出4种混酸氧化膜。与传统硫酸硬质氧化工艺相比较,混酸氧化提高了氧化电解液温度工艺上限,节省大量能源,降低了生产成本。
In this paper,by adding oxalic acid,boric acid,tartaric acid and citric acid to the common sulfuric acid as the basic electrolyte,4 kinds of mixed acid oxide films are prepared successfully.Compared with traditional sulfuric acid hard oxidation process,mixed acid oxidation increases the upper limit of oxidation electrolyte temperature,saved a lot of energy and reduces the production cost.
