亲情护理模式联合目标导向式康复护理对脑梗死患者运动功能及心理适应性的影响研究

A Study on the Impact of Family Care Model Combined with Goal oriented Rehabilitation Nursing on the Motor Function and Psychological Adaptability of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

探究亲情护理模式联合目标导向式康复护理对脑梗死患者运动功能及心理适应性的影响。选取2022年10月-2023年4月玉林市红十字会医院收治的100例脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为联合组(n=50,亲情护理模式+目标导向式康复护理)以及常规组(n=50,常规护理模式),比较两组患者护理效果。结果显示,护理后,联合组患者的运动功能评分高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,联合组患者的心理适应性评分高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,联合组患者各项生活质量评分均高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组患者的护理总满意率高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,亲情护理模式联合目标导向式康复护理对脑梗死患者具有积极影响,能够显著改善患者的运动功能,提高患者的生活质量,增加患者对护理工作的满意度,值得推广应用。

Exploring the impact of family care model combined with goal oriented rehabilitation nursing on the motor function and psychological adaptability of patients with cerebral infarction.100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Red Cross Hospital of Yulin City from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a combination group(n=50,family care mode+goal oriented rehabilitation nursing)and a conventional group(n=50,conventional nursing mode),and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the motor function scores of patients in the combination group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);After nursing,the psychological adaptability score of the combined group patients was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life scores of patients in the combination group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the combined group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Research has found that the family care model combined with goal oriented rehabilitation nursing has a positive impact on stroke patients,significantly improving their motor function,enhancing their quality of life,and increasing their satisfaction with nursing work.It is worth promoting and applying.
