六盘水某二甲医院近三年医院感染现患率分析

Analysis of Current Infection Rates in a Second Class Hospital in Liupanshui over the Past Three Years

通过对某医院2020-2022年医院感染现患率的调查分析及比较,了解医院感染的实际发生情况,为医院感染防控措施的制订提供科学依据。选取某医院2020年8月11日、2021年8月10日及2022年8月11日当日0~24时在院的1407例患者为研究对象,包括当日出院、转科、转院、死亡患者,不包括当日新入院患者。由医院感染专职人员采取床旁调查与查阅住院病历相结合的方法对其进行调查分析。结果显示,近三年医院感染现患率分别为0.76%,0.78%,0.81%。三次调查的现患率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.997,P<0.05);三年抗菌药物使用情况无明显变化(χ^(2)=0.228,P>0.05);医院感染部位包括2020年下呼吸道4例;2021年下呼吸道1例,表浅切口1例,急性盆腔炎1例;2022年下呼吸道1例,表浅切口1例,男女生殖道的其他部位两例;2020年使用抗菌药物前病原学送检率为50.00%,2021年使用抗菌药物前病原学送检率为64.95%,2022年使用抗菌药物前病原学送检率为48.15%。研究发现,该院近三年的现患率维持在较低水平,但仍需注重重点科室、重点部位的医院感染防控工作。

By investigating,analyzing,and comparing the current incidence of hospital infections in a certain hospital from 2020 to 2022,we aim to understand the actual occurrence of hospital infections and provide scientific basis for the formulation of hospital infection prevention and control measures.1407 patients who were admitted to a certain hospital on August 11,2020,August 10,2021,and August 11,2022 from 0:00 to 24:00 were selected as the study subjects,including those who were discharged,transferred,transferred,or died on the same day,but excluding those who were newly admitted on the same day.The hospital infection specialist conducted a combined method of bedside investigation and reviewing inpatient medical records to investigate and analyze the infection.The results showed that the current incidence rates of hospital infections in the past three years were 0.76%,0.78%,and 0.81%,respectively.The difference in the incidence rate among the three surveys was statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.997,P<0.05);there was no significant change in the use of antibiotics over the past three years(χ^(2)=0.228,P>0.05);the hospital infection site included 4 cases in the lower respiratory tract in 2020;In 2021,there was 1 case of lower respiratory tract infection,1 case of superficial incision,and 1 case of acute pelvic infl ammatory disease;In 2022,there was 1 case of lower respiratory tract,1 case of superficial incision,and 2 cases of other parts of the male and female reproductive tracts;The pathogen detection rate before using antibiotics was 50.00%in 2020,64.95%in 2021,and 48.15%in 2022.Research has found that the current infection rate of the hospital has remained at a relatively low level in the past three years,but attention still needs to be paid to hospital infection prevention and control in key departments and locations.
