电针联合神经阻滞低温冲击镇痛疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Electroacupuncture Combined with Nerve Block and Low-temperature Shock Analgesia Therapy in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

观察电针联合神经阻滞低温冲击镇痛疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。随机选取2021年1月—2023年6月贵航贵阳医院收治的100例腰椎间盘突出症住院患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各50例。对照组行电针治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用神经阻滞低温镇痛仪治疗,比较治疗前及治疗20天后两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度、腰椎活动度。结果显示,治疗前,两组JOA评分、VAS评分、腰椎活动度比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗20天后,两组JOA评分、VAS评分、腰椎活动度等指标均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组JOA评分、VAS评分、腰椎活动度、治疗总有效率等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,电针联合神经阻滞低温冲击镇痛疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,具有较好的应用前景和较高的推广价值。

Observation of the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with nerve block and low-temperature shock analgesia therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Randomly select 100 hospitalized patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Guihang Guiyang Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 as the research subjects,and divide them into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received electroacupuncture treatment,while the observation group received nerve block low-temperature analgesia on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain level,and lumbar spine mobility of the two groups of patients were compared before and after 20 days of treatment.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in JOA score,VAS score,and lumbar spine range of motion between the two groups before treatment.After 20 days of treatment,the JOA score,VAS score,lumbar spine range of motion and other indicators in both groups were better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The JOA score,VAS score,lumbar range of motion,and total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that electroacupuncture combined with nerve block and low-temperature shock analgesia therapy has significant effects in treating lumbar disc herniation,and has good application prospects and high promotion value.
