不同微生物检验技术在霉菌性阴道炎诊断中的价值研究

摘要 分析不同微生物检验技术在诊断霉菌性阴道炎方面的效果。选取于遵义市红花岗区人民医院接受治疗的60例霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受阴道分泌物检查,根据微生物检验技术的不同将其分为三组,每组各20例。分别采用镜检法、凝集法和培养法检查,对不同微生物检验技术在霉菌性阴道炎诊断中的价值进行分析。结果显示,镜检法、凝集法、培养法在霉菌性阴道炎诊断中的检出率分别为75.00%(15/20)、80.00%(16/20)、95.00%(19/20),相比于镜检法、凝集法,培养法在霉菌性阴道炎诊断中的检出率最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。镜检法、凝集法、培养法培养时间分别为(0.28±0.07)天、(1.51±0.14)天、(7.29±0.50)天,相比于凝集法、培养法,镜检法培养时间最短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,相比于镜检法和凝集法,培养法在霉菌性阴道炎诊断中具有较高的检出率,但需要较长的培养时间。 Analyze the effectiveness of different microbiological testing techniques in diagnosing fungal vaginitis.Sixty patients with fungal vaginitis who received treatment at People’s Hospital of Honghuagang District were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent vaginal secretion examination and were divided into three groups based on different microbiological testing techniques:microscopy,agglutination,and culture,with 20 cases in each group.Analyze the value of different microbiological testing techniques in the diagnosis of fungal vaginitis.The results showed that the detection rates of microscopy,agglutination,and culture methods in the diagnosis of fungal vaginitis were 75.00%(15/20),80.00%(16/20),and 95.00%(19/20),respectively.Compared with microscopy and agglutination methods,the culture method had the highest detection rate in the diagnosis of fungal vaginitis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cultivation time of microscopy,agglutination,and culture methods were(0.28±0.07)days,(1.51±0.14)days,and(7.29±0.50)days,respectively.Compared with agglutination and culture methods,microscopy had the shortest cultivation time and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that compared to microscopy and agglutination methods,the culture method has a higher detection rate in the diagnosis of fungal vaginitis,but requires a longer culture time.
