柴桂温胆定志汤治疗癫痫患者的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction in the Treatment of Epilepsy Patients

分析柴桂温胆定志汤治疗癫痫的临床疗效。选取2022年4月—2023年4月瓮安县中医医院收治的70例癫痫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为参照组和试验组两组,每组各35例。参照组患者接受卡马西平治疗,试验组患者在参照组治疗基础上接受柴桂温胆定志汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,试验组患者治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者各项中医证候积分均低于参照组(P<0.05);监测后30 min,试验组患者的脑电图监测指标均优于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者各项生活质量评分和血清学指标均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,柴桂温胆定志汤治疗癫痫患者效果显著,不仅能够改善患者脑电图表现,还可减轻患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。

Analyze the clinical efficacy of Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction in treating epilepsy.Seventy epilepsy patients admitted to Wengan Hospital of TCM from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The reference group patients received carbamazepine treatment,while the experimental group patients received Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction treatment on the basis of the reference group treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);The scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);After 30 minutes of monitoring,the EEG monitoring indicators of the experimental group patients were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores and serological indicators of the experimental group patients were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction has a significant effect on treating epilepsy patients.It can not only improve patients’EEG performance,but also alleviate their clinical symptoms and improve their quality of life.
