单孔腹腔镜治疗良性卵巢肿瘤患者的效果研究

A Study on the Efficacy of Single Port Laparoscopic Treatment for Patients with Benign Ovarian Tumors

讨论单孔腹腔镜治疗良性卵巢肿瘤患者的效果。选取2022年11月—2023年11月凯里市第一人民医院收治的56例良性卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为参照组和试验组,每组各28例。参照组患者接受多孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术+附件切除术治疗,试验组患者接受单孔腹腔镜治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,试验组患者术后排气时间和术后住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05),术后24 h、72 h的疼痛评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组患者术后血红蛋白水平高于参照组,术后最高体温数值小于参照组,术后下床活动时间短于参照组(P<0.05),切口美观总满意率高于参照组(P<0.05);术后5天,试验组患者的生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,单孔腹腔镜治疗良性卵巢肿瘤患者的效果显著,手术对患者造成的创伤小,可减轻患者的术后疼痛感,缩短患者下床活动时间,加快患者恢复速度。

Discuss the effectiveness of single port laparoscopic treatment for patients with benign ovarian tumors.56 patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to Kaili City First People’s Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The reference group patients received porous laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy+adnexectomy treatment,while the experimental group patients received single port laparoscopic treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the pain scores at 24 and 72 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative hemoglobin level of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the reference group,and the highest postoperative body temperature was lower than that of the reference group.The postoperative time of getting out of bed was shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction rate of incision aesthetics was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);On the 5th day after surgery,the quality of life score of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that single port laparoscopy has a significant effect on treating patients with benign ovarian tumors.The surgery causes minimal trauma to patients,reduces postoperative pain,shortens their time to get out of bed,and accelerates their recovery speed.
