摘要
随着技术的发展,建筑信息化和工业化是新时代行业发展方向,将BIM技术应用于构建建筑系统中能够保证质量,但在实际应用中仍旧存在装配式加工、施工问题。为此,文章从介绍暖通系统的水系统和风系统设计模块出发,说明模块组成。并从设计平台开发、不同场景应用流程和实际应用案例三个方面阐释应用BIM技术的暖通系统集成化设计方法,以期满足新时代背景下对装配式作业的切实要求。
With the development of technology,building informatization and industrialization are the development direction of the industry in the new era.The application of BIM technology in the construction of building systems can ensure the quality,but there are still problems in the actual application of prefabricated processing and construction.For this reason,the paper starts from the introduction of HVAC system water system and wind system design module,explaining the module composition.The integrated design method of HVAC system using BIM technology is explained from three aspects:design platform development,application process in different scenarios and practical application cases,in order to meet the practical requirements of assembly-type operations in the new era.
