生态环境脆弱地区装配集成式建筑设计与实践应用——以台吉乃尔野奢文旅小镇为例

Discussion on Design and Application of Prefabricated Integrated Building in Ecologically Fragile Areas——Taking Taijiner Wild Luxury Cultural Tourism Town as example

据统计,生态环境脆弱地区总面积已达国土面积的60%以上,主要包含林地和森林、湿地、荒漠地区,其中大部分分布在我国西部地区。近年来由于旅游开发、科学研究、基础设施建设等活动不断深入西部偏远地区,高速发展的西部对生态脆弱地区的开发和保护提出了新的挑战和机遇。在生态脆弱地区应用装配化集成建造技术,可快速搭建、减少湿作业以及对环境的影响,减少能耗和有效控制碳排放。本文论述生态环境脆弱地区的建造要点,列举生态环境脆弱地区装配式集成建筑的设计策略,并以台吉乃尔野奢文旅小镇暨孤独星际野奢戈壁酒店项目为例,浅谈装配集成式建筑在生态脆弱地区的建筑设计与应用实践。

According to statistics,the total ecologically fragile areas have reached over 60%of the national land area,mainly including forest land,wetlands,and desert areas,with the majority distributed in the western region of China.In recent years,due to the continuous deepening of construction activities such as tourism development,scientific research,and infrastructure construction in remote areas of the western region,the rapidly developing western region has posed new challenges and opportunities for the development and protection of ecologically fragile areas.The application of prefabricated integrated construction technology in ecologically fragile areas can build quickly,reduce wet operations and environmental impacts,decrease energy consumption,and effectively control carbon emissions.This article discusses the key construction points in ecologically fragile areas,lists the design strategies of prefabricated integrated buildings in ecologically fragile areas,and takes the Taijiner Wild Luxury Cultural Tourism Town and Lonely Interstellar Wild Luxury Gobi Hotel project as example to discuss the architectural design and application practice of prefabricated integrated buildings in ecologically fragile areas.
