2014—2023年新加坡“卓越教师总统奖”获得者赋能成长研究

摘要 新加坡基础教育水平全球瞩目,离不开教师群体的专业支撑。基于赋能理论,对近十年“卓越教师总统奖”获得者事迹展开编码分析发现,新加坡卓越教师成长形成了以自我赋能、他者赋能、赋能他者为核心的赋能路径,在教师身份认同的自我生产、从个体到组织的外部赋能、多元主体视角下的赋能旨趣下塑造了卓越教师群体。这背后蕴含的逻辑是:个体与集体的张力是教师循环赋能的组织基础、新加坡教师成长赋能愈加呈现出社会化的取向、一些重要“他者”对教师成长起着决定性作用,或可为我国教师荣誉制度及教师教育改革提供一定的参考,助力教育家与教育家精神的形成。 The quality of Singapore's basic education is world leading,which is inseparable from the professional support of teachers.Based on the empowerment theory,the coding analysis of the deeds of the winners of the"President's Award for Teachers"in the past ten years shows that the growth of outstanding teachers in Singapore has been empowered following the path of self-empowerment,empowerment from others,and empowerment for others.It has shaped a group of outstanding teachers under the self-production of teachers'identity,external empowerment from the individual to the organization,and the empowerment purpose from the perspective of multiple subjects.The logic behind the practice is that the tension between the individual and the collective is the organizational basis for the cyclic empowerment of teachers,the growth and empowerment of teachers in Singapore is becoming more and more socialized,and some important"others"play a decisive role in the growth of teachers,which may provide some enlightenment for China's teacher honor system and teacher education reform,and help the formation of educators and educators'spirit.
