乡村振兴战略下吉林省农业绿色发展水平评价及时空格局演化

Evaluation of agricultural green development level and evolution of spatial and temporal patterns in Jilin Province under rural revitalization strategy

农业绿色发展是实现乡村振兴战略的关键路径,也是确保人民生活品质的基石。在此背景下,以吉林省作为研究对象,从理论和实际两个方面进行了深入探讨,从农业投入水平、农业产出水平、环境友好、产业结构四个维度构建评价体系。运用熵值法客观评价了2011—2021年吉林省农业绿色发展水平及各市州之间的差异,并采用全局莫兰指数及局部莫兰指数等对吉林省农业绿色发展水平空间格局进行探究分析,结果表明:①2011年以来,吉林省农业绿色发展水平稳步提高,绿色农业得到了较好的发展,但仍有待提高。②吉林省农业绿色发展在空间上整体呈现集聚性。③2011—2021年,吉林省各市州农业绿色发展水平都得到了较大提升,其中长春市、四平市农业绿色发展水平位居前列;2011—2021年,吉林省农业绿色发展高高类型城市个数增加1个,低低类型城市个数不变,低高类型城市个数减少2个。

Green development of agriculture is a key path to realizing the rural revitalization strategy and a cornerstone to ensure the quality of people’s lives.In this context,taking Jilin Province as the research object,this paper conducted indepth discussions from both theoretical and practical aspects and constructed an evaluation system in terms of four dimensions,including the level of agricultural input,the level of agricultural output,environmental friendliness,and industrial structure.The entropy value method was used to objectively evaluate the level of agricultural green development in Jilin Province and the differences between cities from 2011 to 2021,and the global Moran index and local Moran index were used to explore and analyze the spatial pattern of the level of agricultural green development in Jilin Province.The results show that:①The level of agricultural green development in Jilin Province has been steadily improving since 2011,and green agriculture has been better developed but still needs to be improved.②The overall agricultural green development in Jilin Province shows spatial agglomeration.③The level of agricultural green development in all cities of Jilin Province has been greatly improved from 2011 to 2021.Among them,Changchun City and Siping City are at the forefront of the level of agricultural green development.From 2011 to 2021,the number of cities with high-high agglomeration type of agricultural green development in Jilin Province increases by one,and the number of cities with low-low agglomeration type remains unchanged.The number of cities with low-high agglomeration type decreases by two.
