摘要
在加工长径比很大的细长棒料时,因其形状特殊,需要对其设计专用的多点支撑传输线,以满足不同工位之间的棒料运输需求。通过分析细长棒料的受力情况,阐释了多点支撑的合理性与必要性。在此基础上,对多点支撑的运输方式所存在的同步性问题,以及影响同步性的因素进行了探讨与整理。
When processing slender bars with a large aspect ratio,due to their unique shape,it is necessary to design a dedicated multi-point support transmission line to meet the transportation needs of bars between different workstations.This article examines the rationality and necessity of multi-point support by analyzing the stress situation of slender bars.On this basis,the synchronization issues of multi-point support transportation methods and the factors affecting synchronization are discussed.
