摘要
随着我国白酒事业的发展,相关酿造技术不断得到完善,但仍无法真正杜绝酿造过程产生的工业废水。为了有效解决当前废水处理工艺的不足,保证满足《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》中的规定,本文对某酒厂的现有污水处理工艺进行研究,分析单一工艺条件下的物质去除率问题,提出增加反应器、引入智能控制系统和传感器检测系统、运用一体化混凝沉淀、应用MBR膜分离系统的观点,并设计了详细的处理方案。
With the development of Baijiu industry in China,the related brewing technology has been continuously improved,but it is still unable to truly eliminate the industrial wastewater generated in the brewing process.In order to effectively solve the shortcomings of the current wastewater treatment process and ensure that it meets the provisions of the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermented Alcohol and Baijiu Industry,this paper studies the existing wastewater treatment process of a brewery,analyzes the matter removal rate under the condition of a single process,puts forward the idea of adding reactors,introducing intelligent control systems and sensor detection systems,using integrated coagulation sedimentation,and applying MBR membrane separation system,and designs a detailed treatment scheme.
