和谐医患关系视角下抑郁症患者“知信行”管理模式的构建与实施

The construction and implementation of a“knowledge-belief-practice”management mode for depression patients from the perspective of harmonious doctor-patient relationship

摘要 目的构建抑郁症患者“知信行”管理模式,并分析其实施效果。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法选取2021年6月—2023年6月浙江省建德市第四人民医院收治的120例抑郁症患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规管理模式,观察组实施“知信行”管理模式。结果干预后,观察组患者抑郁症病耻感量表总分为(38.87±5.05)分,低于对照组的(43.00±5.51)分(t=-4.282,P<0.001);服药必要性评分为(4.23±0.53)分,高于对照组的(3.82±0.39)分(t=4.906,P<0.001);服药顾虑评分为(1.57±0.53)分,低于对照组的(2.41±0.53)分(t=-8.692,P<0.001)。干预后,观察组患者服药依从性和满意度优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者“知信行”管理模式的实施有利于改善抑郁症患者病耻感,提升其服药依从性和满意度,有利于促进医患关系和谐发展。 Objective To construct the management mode of“knowledge-belief-practice”for patients with depression,and analyze its implementation effect.Methods A simple random sampling method was used to select 120 patients with depression admitted to Jiande Fourth People’s Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group implemented the conventional management mode,and the observation group implemented the“knowledge-belief-practice”management mode.Results After intervention,the total score of the depression shame scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[(38.87±5.05)points vs.(43.00±5.51)points,t=-4.282,P<0.001],the necessity of medication score was higher than that in the control group[(4.23±0.53)points vs.(3.82±0.39)points,t=4.906,P<0.001],and the medication anxiety score was lower than that in the control group[(1.57±0.53)points vs.(2.41±0.53)points,t=-8.692,P<0.001].After intervention,the observation group showed better medication adherence and satisfaction than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the management model of“knowledge-belief-practice”is conducive to improving the stigma of depression patients,enhancing their compliance and satisfaction with medication,and promoting the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.
