摘要
纳米技术作为一项前沿技术在医药领域发挥着重要作用,为治疗许多疾病提供了新的思路和方法。其中金属有机骨架材料(MOFs)由于其特殊的性质及在疾病治疗相关领域的优势,人们越来越关注到其的相关应用。沸石咪唑酯骨架-8(ZIF-8)是金属有机骨架材料中的一种,其具有比表面积大,稳定性高,孔径可控,低毒性等优点,作为纳米载体近些年来被广泛研究,本文概述了ZIF-8的一些特点,介绍了其载药方式以及在肝脏相关疾病的一些研究和应用实例,并对其未来的应用进行展望。
As a cutting-edge technology,nanotechnology plays an important role in the field of medicine,pro-viding new ideas and methods for the treatment of many diseases.Metal-organic framework materials(MOFs)have at-tracted more and more attention due to their special properties and advantages in the field of disease treatment.Zeolite imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)is a kind of metal-organic skeleton material,which has the advantages of large specif-ic surface area,high stability,controllable pore size,low toxicity,etc.It has been widely studied as a nanocarrier in recent years.This paper summarizes some characteristics of ZIF-8,introduces its drug loading mode,and some re-search and application examples in liver diseases.
