BOPPPS结合CBL教学法在老年医学科临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的:研究BOPPPS结合CBL教学法在老年医学科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:80名住院医师规范化培训的学生随机分为试验组(B0PPPS结合CBL教学法)和对照组(传统授课教学法)。对两组学生进行理论和技能考试,并采用调查问卷评价教学效果。结果:试验组的理论、技能和总成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对教学效果指标的评价也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:BOPPPS结合CBL教学法有效提高了老年医学科规范化培训学生的综合临床能力,提升了教学效果。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of BOPPPS combined with Case-Based Learning(CBL)in clinical teaching of geriatrics.Methods:80 standardized training resident physicians were randomly divided into the experimental group(BOPPPS combined with CBL)and the control group(traditional lecture-based teaching).Theoretical and practical examinations were conducted for both groups,and the teaching effect was evaluated using a questionnaire survey.Results:The theoretical,practical,and total scores of the experimental group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of teaching effect indicators in the experimental group was also better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching model of BOPPPS combined with CBL effectively improves the comprehensive clinical ability of standardized training students in geriatrics and enhances teaching effectiveness.
