摘要
自实行不动产统一登记以来,非公证继承和受遗赠取得不动产登记业务的开展,为广大群众节省了大笔费用,也受到了社会各界的广泛认可。但是与原公证机构办理不动产继承的专业化模式相比,登记部门开展非公证继承和受遗赠登记业务仍存在一些难题亟需解决,而通过政府购买不动产继承公证法律服务模式则是解决此类问题的有效手段。通过对福建省尤溪县不动产继承转移登记业务实现政府购买公证法律服务前后状况进行分析,浅析政府购买不动产继承公证法律服务可行性。
Since the implementation of the unified registration of real estate,the non-notarial inheritance and legatee acquisition of real estate registration business has been carried out for the masses.It has saved a lot of costs and has been widely recognized by all walks of life.However,compared with the original professional mode of handling real estate inheritance,there are still some problems that need to be solved in the registration department to carry out non-notarial inheritance and bequest registration business,and the legal service mode of government purchase of real estate inheritance notarization is an effective means to solve such problems.This paper analyzes the situation before and after the government purchase of notary legal services through the real estate inheritance transfer registration business in Youxi County,Fujian Province,and the feasibility of the government purchase of notary legal services for real estate inheritance.
