口环间隙对屏蔽泵性能影响的数值研究

摘要 口环结构对屏蔽泵水动力特性的影响显著。为了降低屏蔽泵转子轴向力进而延长其使用寿命,采用SST k-ω模型模拟了不同口环形式(矩形、锯齿形、梯形、倒梯形和圆形口环)的屏蔽泵内部流场,分析其对口环压力、后泵腔压力、轴向力和泄漏量的影响,研究不同的口环形式对屏蔽泵运行特性的影响规律。结果表明:后口环间隙宽度增加时,泵水力性能下降,同时会使轴向力由负向正递增,因此存在最佳间隙宽度;后口环结构形式对屏蔽泵水力性能影响不明显,而前口环结构改变可有效提高泵效率,最大提高了1.3%,而对轴向力影响不明显;采用锯齿形后口环时,泄漏量较原模型约降低了30%,可有效地减少泄漏。 The influence of ring structure on the hydrodynamic characteristics of canned motor pump is significant.To mitigate the axial force exerted on the rotor of canned motor pumps and extend their operational lifespans,this study employs the SST k-ωmodel to simulate the internal flow field of canned motor pumps with various ring designs(rectangular,sawtooth,trapezoidal,inverted trapezoidal,and circular).These configurations are analyzed for their effects on ring pressure,rear chamber pressure,axial force,and leakage.The impact of different ring configurations on the pump s hydraulic characteristics is examined.The results show that increasing the clearance width of the rear ring reduces the hydraulic performance of the pump and causes a progressive shift in axial force from negative to positive,suggesting an optimal clearance width.While the effect of the rear ring structure on the hydraulic performance of the pump is limited,modifications to the front ring structure can significantly improve the pump efficiency,achieving up to a 1.3%increase,with negligible effects on the axial force.Implementing a sawtooth ring can reduce leakage by approximately 30%compared to the original model,effectively minimizing leakage.
