摘要
随着人工智能在教育领域的快速发展,推动思政课教学改革的政策文件陆续出台,思政课教学主体和教学方式也发生了改变,实现思政课教师角色转型成为必然要求。然而,目前思政课教师在角色转型时遇到多重阻碍,面临不可替代性被颠覆、知识权威性被削弱、教学主导性被弱化、社会期待性被提高等诸多实然困境。基于此,思政课教师应该重新审视自身的角色定位,更新思想观念,提高智能素养,顺应变革趋势,理性审视人工智能、科学运用人工智能,力争成为思政课教学的主导者、学生成长的指引者和数智教学的学习者。
The rapid development of artificial intelligence in the field of education has led to the continuous introduc-tion of policies and documents for the teaching reform of ideological and political theory courses and changes in the teaching subjects and teaching methods of the courses,which has become an inevitable requirement for the role transformation of the teachers of ideological and political theory courses.However,at present,those teachers are confronted with multiple obsta-cles in the process of role transformation,such as the subversion of irreplaceability,the weakening of knowledge authority,the weakening of teaching dominance,and the enhancement of social expectation.Based on this,the teachers of ideological and political theory courses should re-examine their role positioning,update their ideological concepts,improve their intelli-gence quality,conform to the trend of change,and rationally examine and scientifically use artificial intelligence,so as to strive to become the leaders in the teaching of ideological and political theory courses,the guides of students′growth and the learners of numerical intelligence teaching.
