印染工业废水处理技工程实例应用研究

摘要 印染工业生产经营过程中不可避免会产生废水,这些废水具有成分复杂、碱性大、可生化性差等特点,需要使用特定方法对其进行处理后,才能正常排放,所以要深入探索印染工业废水处理技术的实践应用。本文首先阐述了印染工业废水的来源及影响,并从物理法、化学法、生物法等层面,探讨了现阶段印染工业废水处理的主流技术,最后通过印染工业废水处理工程,全方位探究了该技术的实践应用方式,旨在推动印染工业废水处理技术的创新发展与应用。 In the production and operation process of the printing and dyeing industry,wastewater is inevitably generated,which has characteristics such as complex composition,high alkalinity,and poor biodegradability.Specific methods need to be used to treat it before it can be discharged normally.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the practical application of printing and dyeing industry wastewater treatment technology in depth.This article first elaborates on the sources and impacts of wastewater in the printing and dyeing industry,and explores the mainstream technologies for wastewater treatment in the current stage from the perspectives of physical,chemical,and biological methods.Finally,through the printing and dyeing industry wastewater treatment engineering,it comprehensively explores the practical application methods of wastewater treatment technology,aiming to promote the innovative development and application of printing and dyeing industry wastewater treatment technology.
