生态文明视角下的水资源保护及利用分析

Analysis of Water Resources Protection and Utilization from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization

随着社会经济迅猛发展、人口规模逐步扩大,我国对水资源的需求日益增加,进而出现了水污染、水浪费、水灾害等水资源问题,制约了区域经济的发展。基于生态文明的理论依据,本文分析了水资源保护和利用的整体规划及改进策略,探讨水资源开发和利用的重点任务,希望能在把握水动力、控制水污染、修复水源地生态和抗汛防旱的基础上营造生产发展、生活富裕、水资源生态良好的和谐共生环境,从而实现生态文明视角下水资源保护质的飞跃。

With the rapid development of social economy and the gradual expansion of population scale,China has an increasing demand for water resources,water pollution,water waste,water disasters and other water resources problems,which restrict the development of regional economic life.Based on the theoretical basis of ecological civilization,this paper analyzes the overall planning and improvement strategies of water resources protection and utilization,discusses the key tasks of water resources development and utilization,and aims to create a harmonious and symbiotic environment of production development,prosperity of life and good ecology of water resources on the basis of grasping water power,controlling polluted water,restoring the ecology of water source and resisting fl ood and drought.We will make a qualitative leap in the protection of aquatic resources under the ecological civilization system.
